best man speeches dad

Any tips / recommendations on being a Best Man?
I have been asked to be the Best Man at my Dad’s wedding (odd I know, but cool!), & also for one of my best mates. Both weddings are within 2 weeks of each other later this year but I have never been a Best Man & could do with some pointers to start me off!
What are the Best Man’s duties other than arranging the Stag Do & doing a speech on the day?
Any tips on on doing a wedding speech & arranging a Stag party? (I know what to do for Dad’s, but not sure where to start with my friends! Though he has said he would rather a 1-day event rather than a full weekend / week…)
